Sharp price increases: What retailers can do to ensure profitability

On June 3, we hosted a webinar on the increasing price changes and the pressure this is placing on consumers. We discussed how the current market situation makes it difficult for retailers to protect their margins and what retailers should keep in mind when pricing their product assortment in different sales channels. 

We were pleased to have some of our own pricing experts as speakers for this webinar. Anton Kåhre Zäll, Consultant at PriceGain, discussed the current retail market trends and how PriceGain works with pricing strategies as a tool to convert these challenges into opportunities. Göran Skugge, Senior Partner at PriceGain, covered the challenges that pertain to price increases and how you can find solutions that create long-term growth and profitability. He also talked about Pricise, a dynamic pricing solution, and the value of price automatization. Matilda Hölcke, Director at PriceGain, discussed how to respond to the sharp price increases with a value-based assortment pricing approach. Amanda von Schinkel, Consultant at PriceGain, was the moderator during this webinar.
