PriceGain has once again been given the opportunity to have two master students writing their thesis at PriceGain. Here is a short interview with them about their thesis and the impact they are hoping to make.

What area will your master thesis be conducted within?
We will investigate the factors affecting customer relationships and the possibilities to develop PriceGain’s relationships with existing and future customers. By analysing the selling organisation and the value provided by PriceGain we hope to distinguish the most prominent factors to the establishment of long-term customer relationships.

Why do you think it is important to companies to work with and improve within this area?
The establishment of customer relationships is beneficial for several reasons. By understanding the customer needs, the offer can be adjusted and the selling process simplified. Since consulting services are based on complex knowledge the understanding and trust from the customer is essential. Based on this, customer relationships can increase value for both customer and consultant.
